3. Item Vetting: For sellers who reside in Port-Harcourt, the seller needs to bring the item to our physical location at No: 10 Jessy & Jenny Street Off Peter Odili Road, Trans-Amadi Industrial Layout, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. If the seller is outside Port Harcourt, a video call or physical visit will be arranged to assess the item's condition and other pertinent details. Upon successful vetting, your application is approved; otherwise, our team will provide constructive feedback.
4. Bidding Process: With an approved application, the item is listed for auction, and potential buyers can place bids
5. Confirmation: When the bidding ends and a winner is determined, the buyer makes payment to us and receives the item. The buyer must confirm that the product is in good condition before payment is released to the seller. We deduct our 10% commission from the total amount of the item purchased.
6. Remittance: After receiving confirmation from the buyer that the item is in good condition, we remit the amount to the auctioneer, deducting our 10% commission. This represents our unwavering dedication to facilitating fair and transparent transactions within our esteemed platform.

• You are liable for the deposit on auction day and the rest of the purchase price, plus fees, on or before the completion deadline (typically 7 days after the auction). If you fail to pay for your bidded item after bid you stand to forfeit the item(s) you bidded for.
• Any seller who misrepresented their items and any buyer who improperly fails to carry through with a purchase will be banned from any further use and may be subject to additional legal actions.
